Many UK universities offer in-session language support and, if you need more help at the start, there are International Foundation Programmes that will help to bring your communication skills up to scratch.  International Foundation Programme (IFP) is a pre-degree course where you will study English plus another subject such as business, computing or English language and culture for example.  This is a one-year course, and once completed, will then allow you to enter various courses including a degree course up to BA, BSc or LLB.
